Shouldn't have changed it, it's a nightmare to use. Can't track drivers properly, difficulty finding certain addresses and that much of a pain in the arse I have just rang instead! Apps are supposed to make things easier. All that was needed was to add more addresses and a wait and return to the old app and that would have been perfect

Really useful when it's works. The app is switched off during busy times to avoid over-booking, which makes it appear as if it isn't working. When that happens you can still call to book via the automated system, and then pay via a link that your driver texts to you, but this seems unnecessarily convoluted to me. Also, there's no way to tip when paying.

Since the new update it is ridiculous to order a taxi and also the extra charge that they dont tell you about, from a £3.10 journey to £5 all of a sudden. How do you expect us to use this when your doing extra charges for an app that is useless and can barely order a taxi at times and 90% of the time you can't even put the proper address down that you want to, as according to the app it doesnt exist! I've used chadd for years and will either go to cash or stop using them completely.
